Job Description

Visitor & Client Management:

Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; ensure a positive first impression; maintain visitor logs and issue badges.

Communication Hub:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages; handle basic inquiries in-person, via phone, or email.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Update calendars; book and coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodations; arrange catering.

Mail & Deliveries:

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; prepare items for dispatch.

Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable; monitor and order office supplies; manage basic facility issues.

Administrative Support:

Perform filing, photocopying, data entry, and document preparation; assist with expenses and other clerical duties.

Security:

Maintain office security by monitoring access and following safety procedures.
Education Skill : Graduation (Any)
