Job Description

Front Desk Management:

Greet clients warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage bookings, rescheduling, reminders, and daily calendar coordination.

Client Communication:

Answer calls, respond to WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and guide clients with accurate information.

Record Keeping:

Maintain client files, update CRM/EMR systems, ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Payment Handling:

Process bills, maintain receipts, and ensure smooth financial transactions.

Coordination:

Communicate with doctors, therapists, and staff to ensure seamless client flow.

Clinic Presentation:

Ensure reception area cleanliness and readiness at all times.

Client Experience:

Assist clients with forms, offer beverages, and ensure comfort while waiting.

Product & Service Knowledge:

Stay updated with treatments, offers, and protocols to assist clients effectively.

Follow-ups:

Coordinate post-treatment follow-ups and feedback calls/messages.

Inventory Support:

Assist with stock updates for front-desk consumables.

Professionalism:

Maintain confidentiality, uphold clinic standards, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
