Role Overview:

Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic is seeking a

presentable, well-spoken female receptionist

with

excellent English communication skills

. The candidate should have a professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle premium clients in a clinical setup.

Key Responsibilities :Front Desk Management

Welcome and greet patients with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Maintain an organized and clean reception area. Handle calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.

Patient Coordination

Manage, schedule, and confirm appointments. Provide basic information about services and treatments. Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth workflow.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain and update patient records. Handle billing, invoicing, and payments. Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation.

Customer Service

Communicate clearly and confidently with patients in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Handle patient concerns politely and professionally. Ensure an excellent client experience throughout their visit.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent English communication (mandatory).

Presentable female candidates preferred.

Confident, polite, and well-groomed personality. Must wear

formals during the interview

. 1-3 years of experience in a clinic, salon, spa, or customer service role (preferred). Good computer skills (MS Office, booking software). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Schedule:

6 days working

1 weekly off

Ability to work during clinic hours, including weekends if required.

Salary:

?20,000 - ?35,000

per month
