We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Front Office Executive / Receptionist to manage our front desk and support administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and efficiently handle day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors; handle phone calls and emails.
Coordinate with clients and manage meeting schedules.
Maintain visitor and call records.
Manage courier dispatches and office documentation.
Support administrative and operational functions.
Assist seniors with back-office tasks and travel arrangements.
Ensure the reception and office area remain clean and well-organized.
Be proactive and eager to take on additional responsibilities for self-growth.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline or above.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in front office or administrative roles.
Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be disciplined, punctual, presentable, and well-organized.
