Job Description

Guest/Client Reception

: Greet visitors and clients with a warm, friendly demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

Check-in/Check-out

: Handle the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.

Phone & Email Management

: Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries.

Appointment Scheduling

: Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring that calendars are kept up-to-date.

Administrative Support

: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

Inventory & Supplies

: Ensure the front desk area is stocked with necessary supplies, and notify management of any shortages.

Security

: Monitor and manage visitor logs, security badges, and ensure guests adhere to building policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience

: Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency

: Comfortable with office software (e.g., MS Office) and phone systems.

Multitasking

: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Organization

: Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Professionalism

: Maintain a professional appearance and a calm demeanor, even during busy times.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?47,000.00 per month
