Job Summary:



We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and proactive Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management



Greet visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages. Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.

Administration & Coordination



Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by management. Manage visitor records, attendance logs, courier handling, and basic filing tasks. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.

Documentation & Office Support



Handle basic documentation such as maintaining office records, forms, and registers. Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, or documents when required. Manage incoming and outgoing email communication politely and professionally.

Customer Service & Assistance



Provide general support to staff and visitors, ensuring seamless office operations. Address queries courteously and escalate issues when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a front-office role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).

Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently. Professional, polite, and customer-service oriented.

Additional Preferences:



Experience in front office administration, hospitality, or customer-handling roles. Well-groomed and presentable appearance. Familiarity with basic office procedures and documentation.
