Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors; manage check-ins and phone calls.
Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
Provide information about services and assist with documentation.
Ensure the reception area is organized and stocked.
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compassionate and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
