Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting patient feedback, providing health insurance guidance, and offering basic support related to diagnoses.
Responsibilities1. Customer Service
Address and resolve patient queries professionally and courteously.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling and maintain accurate availability records.
2. Appointment Management
Coordinate and schedule doctor appointments based on patient preferences and doctor availability.
3. Feedback Collection
Collect and record patient feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
4. Health Insurance Guidance
Provide patients with appropriate recommendations on health insurance options based on their needs.
5. Diagnosis Support
Offer basic guidance regarding diagnoses and treatment-related information to patients.

10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Morning Shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
General Shift: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Qualifications
Minimum
12th pass preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
