Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins; redirect queries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organised reception area at all times.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and front-desk data systems accurately.
Manage courier handling, inward/outward documentation, and filing.
Assist the HR & Admin team with data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure office hygiene and presentation.
Support daily office operations and provide additional administrative help when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-groomed, pleasant personality and confident presence.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good data maintenance, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
Prior experience in reception or front-desk roles is an added advantage.
