RAGC is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. If you are confident, well-spoken, and enjoy managing front-desk operations, we would be happy to consider you!
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and route them to the correct departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-desk area.
Manage visitor logs, student ID issuance, and entry records.
Provide accurate information about courses, departments, and campus procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and support.
Perform basic administrative duties: filing, data entry, email handling, document management.
Support the counselling and admission teams with walk-in students as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive (education sector preferred).
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
Good computer skills (Excel, Email, MS Office / Google Workspace).
Ability to multitask and manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
