to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the office. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle daily office coordination smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
front desk operations
: greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance coordination, and basic documentation.
Handle
courier management
, inward/outward registers, and office filing.
Assist with
day-to-day administrative tasks
such as printing, scanning, and document organization.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain office cleanliness coordination with housekeeping team.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2
-3 years
of experience in reception.
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi & Gujarati

Proficient in
MS Office
, email handling, and basic computer operations.
Presentable, disciplined, and polite in handling clients and team members.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
