Receptionist / Administrator
who can efficiently manage front-desk operations and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have strong computer proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate office environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
Answer, route, and manage telephone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting calendars.
Administrative Support
Handle document filing, scanning, printing, drafting letters, and email correspondence.
Maintain and update office records and daily logs.
Manage inward/outward courier registers and coordinate dispatches.
Computer & Software Skills (Mandatory)
Proficient in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle
emails, online forms, scanning tools
, and basic document formatting.
Knowledge of
Google Sheets
, PDF tools, and basic record management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
2-
3 years
experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrator.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English, Hindi & Gujarati

Good presentation, grooming, and professional behavior.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
