Position Overview:

A Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role involves managing front-desk operations, greeting guests, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support office efficiency and create a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors positively and professionally. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Provide basic information and direct queries to the appropriate departments. Coordinate office supplies and place orders when necessary. Support HR or administration teams with onboarding or event coordination tasks. Handle payments, invoices, or cash receipts (if applicable to the organization).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
