Job Overview:
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Payal Gold. The role involves handling front-desk operations, attending calls, greeting clients, and providing administrative support to the office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
Maintain visitor records and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier/letters.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Assist the management team with day-to-day office coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate.
Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
Presentable personality with a polite and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
Prior experience as a receptionist or in front-office operations (preferred, not mandatory).
