Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes as needed. Provide information to clients and visitors about the company's services. Coordinate with other departments to ensure communication and workflow efficiency. Order and maintain office supplies and stationery. Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front office role. Experience managing multi-line phone systems and handling client inquiries. Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.) and basic administrative procedure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
