for our Mulund site office. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will also handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data handling, printouts, and coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
Maintain and update data records (digital and physical)
Take printouts, photocopies, and ensure proper filing of documents
Support daily administrative tasks and coordination between teams
Handle courier, mail, and other front office activities
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of the site office
Assist management and staff with any ad-hoc admin requirements
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Freshers may apply, experience in receptionist/admin role will be preferred
