Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors to the front desk, directing them, and announcing them
Handling calls: Answering and forwarding incoming calls
Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing the office agenda
Managing mail: Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ordering supplies: Managing office supplies, such as stationery, name cards, and bottled water
Preparing reports: Preparing reports and sending them to accounts for payment.
Maintaining office services: Monitoring the maintenance contract and coordinating repairs.
Providing customer service: Handling customer inquiries and providing basic information
Assisting with HR: Preparing and issuing HR-related items for new joiners.
Maintaining office security: Following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
