. The ideal candidate will handle patient appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks while ensuring a warm and efficient front-desk experience that reflects our clinic's values of care and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage
appointment scheduling
, confirmations, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate
patient records
and update information in the system.
Handle
incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
related to clinic services.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Manage
billing, receipts, and payment records
at the reception desk.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
Assist in
inventory tracking
for front-desk and patient supplies.
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in all communications.
Provide basic information about clinic services, timings, and wellness programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in commerce or healthcare administration).
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer support role (experience in a clinic or hospital preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, appointment management systems, and billing software.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday: Weekly Off
