Position Overview:
We are looking for a
smart, well-presented, and confident Receptionist
to be the face of UMA Educational Services. The ideal candidate should possess

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, students, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
Manage appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and meeting room coordination.
Assist the counselling and operations teams with administrative support as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and client/student records.
Handle courier, documentation, and basic data entry tasks when needed.
Represent UMA Educational Services with a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration).
Experience:
1-3 years in front office/reception/customer service roles preferred (freshers with strong communication may apply).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Polished personality with good grooming and presentation.
Strong sense of corporate discipline and work ethics.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Positive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
