Job Requirements:

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors and answering their queries. Taking care of Day-to-Day Front Office Activities. Answer and respond to phone calls and communicate the message to appropriate persons. Maintain visitors' logbook, incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Responsible for managing bookings of internal meeting rooms. Assist the CEO in his day-to-day activities. Coordinate meetings and bookings for the CEO. Manage and co-ordinate travel arrangements for the CEO. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate Degree Minimum 3 years of work experience in any field Time Management skills Ability to Multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate with and collaborate across diverse teams Passion to excel High on confidence Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Calendar, PPT and Outlook)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
