Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system.
Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and other staff for patient flow management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Support administrative activities as required by management.
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive, preferably in a healthcare setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software.
Pleasant personality with a customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
