Job Title : Receptionist (Preferred Female)

Qualification:

Graduate/12th pass

Greet patients, visitors, and staff courteously. Provide general information about the hospital services, departments, and policies. Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate department or healthcare provider. Answer phone calls and manage incoming inquiries. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using hospital management software. Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, insurance information, and payment details. Assist patients in completing forms and necessary documentation. Process patient payments, co-pays, and issue receipts. Assist with insurance queries and payment disputes, and explain hospital fees when necessary.
