Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars.
Support sales and admin teams with documentation and data entry.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members.
Keep visitor and inquiry records updated and accurate.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Well-organized, punctual, and presentable.
Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations efficiently.
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred (not mandatory).
