Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
Schedule and manage appointments for executives or team members as needed.
Assist with greeting guests, arranging meetings, and offering refreshments.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure that meeting areas are ready for use.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with scheduling travel arrangements for staff and management.
Support in organizing office events, team activities, and employee celebrations.
Communication and Coordination:
Ensure that all phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
Communicate company policies and procedures to visitors and clients.
Assist with internal communications, such as announcements or updates.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Visitor and Security Management:
Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Ensure that visitors are properly logged and are made aware of health, safety, and security guidelines.
Assist with checking in contractors, delivery personnel, or vendors as needed.
