Role Overview:



The Receptionist will be the

face of Meraki Habitats LLP

, managing the entire front desk operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, confident, and capable of handling all front office activities efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

front desk operations

including visitor management, telephone handling, and guest coordination.

Greet and welcome

clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor. Maintain a

tidy and presentable reception area

at all times. Handle

incoming calls, emails, and courier dispatches/receipts

efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, appointments, and facility requirements. Maintain

visitor logs, attendance registers

, and other front-office documentation. Support the HR/Admin department with basic clerical and coordination tasks. Adhere to

company decorum, grooming standards, and dress code policy.

Maintain confidentiality of company information and uphold brand professionalism.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.

Age below 26 years

(preferred). Excellent

communication skills

in English and Hindi. Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor. Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Mandatory uniform:

Saree to be worn daily as per company dress code.

Soft Skills:



Warm and confident personality. Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation. Punctual, disciplined, and reliable. Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
