Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Client Handling
Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries promptly.
Guide clients regarding services, packages, and ongoing offers.
Manage client check-in and check-out processes.
2. Administrative & Managerial Tasks
Supervise daily clinic operations and staff coordination.
Maintain patient records and treatment logs.
Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organized (inventory management).
Manage billing, payments, and cash register reconciliation.
Handle vendor coordination for clinic supplies.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
Coordinate with social media teams for content and offers.
Encourage client reviews and referrals.
4. Patient Experience & Follow-ups
Ensure every patient has a pleasant and professional experience.
Conduct follow-up calls/messages post-treatment for feedback.
Handle minor concerns or escalate to the doctor when necessary.
5. Professionalism & Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
Support doctors and therapists during procedures when required (non-clinical support).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality
Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,111.02 - ₹24,323.14 per month
