Serves customers by greeting, welcoming and directing as they arrive at the shop.
Provide customers with an appropriate answer for all their inquiries.
Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as necessary.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
