Greet and welcome all guests, visitors, and vendors courteously.
Maintain a detailed entry log of all external visitors and vendors.
Ensure smooth visitor check-in/check-out process.
2. Front Desk & Lobby Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Ensure daily upkeep of the front desk, entrance, and lobby area.
Report any maintenance needs or cleanliness issues promptly.
3. Communication & Assistance
Answer incoming calls, respond to messages, and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
Handle email correspondence and follow up where required.
Provide administrative support to internal teams when needed.
4. Key Management
Manage cabin keys with accurate daily handover and takeover logs.
Ensure safe storage and controlled access of all keys.
5. Facilities & Inventory Management
Distribute stationeries and basic medicines to staff as needed.
Maintain stock records for stationeries, medicines, and track consumption.
Raise requests for replenishment of supplies in a timely manner.
6. Sheet Maintenance & Updates
Maintain a log of gallery works, repairs, and rectifications required.
Update and track the
Event Forecast Sheet
for Ashem Vohu and Gallery Lawn.
Share updates with relevant departments for planning and execution.
