The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and internal teams. This role also includes handling administrative support tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Notify appropriate staff of visitor arrivals.
Telephone & Communication Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Handle inquiries and direct calls to relevant departments (technical, sales, service, etc.).
Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication with internal teams.
Administrative Support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Maintain and update contact lists, employee directories, and front-desk documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events.
Support the HR/admin team with documentation, filing, and general office tasks.
IVR & Call Management Support
Support the configuration and monitoring of the IVR system in coordination with the service/IT team.
Ensure prompt follow-up on missed or routed calls, especially service and inquiry-related ones.
