We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As a receptionist, you will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide general administrative support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front-desk operations
Manage office supplies and report stock needs to management
Enforce security procedures by monitoring logbooks or issuing visitor badges
Requirements:
Any graduate
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service attitude and a professional appearance
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
