Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, or email.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
Support the HR/Administration team with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Ensure security by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor passes.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
