Communication Management:
Answer and screen incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
Visitor Management:
Maintain visitor logs, prepare access cards, and ensure security procedures are followed.
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules and calendars, prepare documents, and assist with filing and data entry.
Office Operations:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, monitor and reorder office supplies, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
