We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to employees and visitors while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Manage front desk activities including handling correspondence, couriers, and inquiries.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional appearance.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
Assist HR and Admin teams with day-to-day office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails/calls professionally.
Maintain records of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
Support other departments with
basic administrative tasks
(e.g., filing, data entry, documentation).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma in Administration/Management.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist (0-1 Year), Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
Excellent
communication
(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
Familiarity with IT environments or experience in an IT company will be an added advantage.
