for our construction contracting firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing calls, coordinating with visitors, and supporting day-to-day office administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
Handle EPABX system / incoming calls and maintain call logs.
Manage courier, emails, and office correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and ensure reception area is well-organized.
Provide administrative support to HR / Admin team.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / 12th Pass with minimum 1-3 years of experience in Receptionist / Front Office role.

Salary:
?15,000 - ?22,000 per month (depending on experience).
