As a

Front Desk Executive

at

CrownVet

, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. Your role is to ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all visitors. You will handle client inquiries, manage appointments, and coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations. Strong communication skills, empathy for animals and their owners, and excellent organizational abilities are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:



Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Provide information about services, appointment availability, and policies. Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Appointment Management:



Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client and patient details. Follow up with clients for appointment reminders and post-visit feedback.

Administrative Duties:



Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and handling payments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Process billing and payments accurately. Keep track of inventory for office supplies and reception materials.

Coordination with Veterinary Team:



Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff regarding patient status and client requests. Assist in updating medical records and client files. Ensure timely flow of patients to examination rooms.

Customer Service and Compliance:



Educate clients on preventive care and clinic policies. Handle client complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or veterinary setting is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and appointment scheduling software. Empathy and comfort working with animals and their owners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
