We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Manage emails, correspondence, and maintain records.
Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and meetings.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-maintained.
Provide administrative support including data entry, preparing documents, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks.
Requirements:
Presentable with a professional demeanor.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Email handling.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
