We are looking for a professional and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to manage reception and front office operations. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and coordination skills. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Manage and maintain the front desk area - ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times
Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members
Manage courier/parcel entries, mail handling, and dispatch records
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per security protocols
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars
Support administrative tasks like document filing, stationery tracking, and office coordination
Escalate concerns, feedback, or issues to the relevant departments or management
Assist HR/Admin teams with clerical tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles
Excellent English communication - both spoken and written
Presentable, polite, and confident personality with a customer-service mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred
