Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; handle basic inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and visitor records.
Handle courier services - incoming and outgoing mails/documents.
Perform telecalling activities for existing and prospective clients as part of CRM support.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and share updates with the sales/CRM team.
Generate basic CRM reports and assist management with client-related data.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
Assist HR/Administration team in daily operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Eperience in Real Estate is Mandatory
2-3 years of proven experience as a receptionist/front office executive with CRM/telecalling exposure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable, professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
