Handle inquiries and provide basic information.
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
Maintain and manage calendars for staff or conference rooms.
Notify staff of upcoming meetings or visitors.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, and reports.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and visitor information.
Assist with maintaining employee or client databases.
