Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Manage emails, letters, and official correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and office security protocols.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Assist HR and admin teams with documentation and support tasks.
Handle basic customer queries related to ISP services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school or diploma; graduation preferred.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Polite, professional, and presentable appearance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in reception or front-office role is a plus.
