We are looking for a smart, approachable, and organized
Receptionist
to be the face of ITpreneur. As the first point of contact for visitors, students, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment. You'll also assist in administrative duties to support smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and guide visitors, students, and clients with a positive and professional attitude
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails; route them appropriately
Manage student walk-ins and maintain daily attendance logs
Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and schedules
Coordinate with the admin and training teams for classroom bookings and logistics
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
Manage courier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and documentation
Assist with student registrations, ID cards, and certificate distribution
Provide administrative support to HR, trainers, and the operations team
Maintain records of daily inquiries and share regular reports with management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum HSC (12th pass) with good communication skills
Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (1+ year preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
