Job Summary
We're seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk, greet visitors, and perform administrative tasks. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing our organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
2. Visitor Management: Greet visitors, manage visitor logs, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
3. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
4. Client Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
1. Experience: Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
3. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
4. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
