Job Summary



We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or visitors

Skills



Proficient in computerised systems and Office software Strong clerical and organisational skills Excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is advantageous Ability to type accurately and efficiently Experience in data entry and administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
