Welcome and guide visitors, parents, and students in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and school inquiries.
Provide admission-related information and maintain accurate records.
Organize office files, registers, and documents.
Manage daily attendance records, circulars, and notices.
Assist the Principal/Management with administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Typing).
Confident, polite, and professional behavior.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Interest in working in a school environment.
