Minimum 3-5 years as a Receptionist or in a similar front-desk role

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly approach
Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments; maintain call logs and visitor records
Handle correspondence, courier, and front-desk operations efficiently
Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, arranging meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Excellent English communication--written and verbal
Smart, confident, and well-presented with a positive attitude
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
