Attend and greet clients visiting our office.
Answer incoming calls and manage client inquiries.
Handle telecalling to connect with potential leads and existing clients.
Maintain records of client communications and appointments.
Provide accurate information about our services.
Assist in day-to-day office coordination.
Requirements:
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Computer handling.
Ability to handle client queries professionally.
Previous experience in reception/telecalling will be an added advantage.
