We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle inquiries (in-person, phone, and email) and provide accurate information.
Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
6 months - 1 year of experience as a receptionist/front office executive or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.
