JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Hospital Receptionist to join our healthcare team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient front desk environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner Answer and direct phone calls and take messages as needed Schedule and confirm patient appointments Register patients and verify insurance information Maintain and update patient records using hospital management systems Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception area Assist with billing and co-pay collections when necessary Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Education and Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience as a receptionist in a hospital or medical setting is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office and patient management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,382.35 - ₹17,533.95 per month
