Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Handle inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
Maintain records of visitors and telephone logs.
Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as needed.
Assist with basic clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
