Mahavir Agencies, a leading name in the car modification industry, is looking for a female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, presentable, and have prior experience in customer interaction and office coordination. Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned department.
Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules.
Manage and update customer details in CRM software.
Provide administrative support to the management when required.
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Female candidates only.
Knowledge of CRM tools/software is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-friendly.
Ability to multitask and handle office coordination efficiently. Work Details
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
